Linalyl Acetate has a light, fresh scent with floral and slightly woody-fruity facets, close to lavender and bergamot. It is used widely in perfumery to add a soft, clean top note that blends well with citrus, floral and herbal materials.
Blend in small proportions with other aroma chemicals or essential oils and dilute in a suitable solvent such as DPG or alcohol before use in attars, sprays or soap bases.
